I can move the steering wheel up/down and left/right. I ear an "crack" and the steering wheel move on his axle.

I tried to unmount and remount the QR1 base side (required torque during the mounting) and nothing change.


In game, the abnormal movements in the axle is unbearable. I'm almost sure that this thing not appeared directly after the pruchase.


One of my friends buyed the same product at the same time and for him, nothing, no move into the axle....


I don't know if this move come by the QR1 base side or directly inside the base....


This problem is known by your side?


I trying to open a support case. But your WebSite BUG! Impossible to validate the case....
