Unable to add a "non-purchased via store" product

Hello,
I recently acquired fanatec products via the site leboncoin.fr , only it is impossible for me to register the warranties of the products. When I click on "add product", after entering the serial number, date of purchase, etc. nothing happens.

Yeah, I already did, but I just got an automatic message....
Is this a common problem? Or can we usually add a warranty without any issue ?
I have the same problem, Fanatec not responding.
I'v been waiting for 5 days, and they said to me "you have to wait our team 3-5 days".... So i don't know what to do, maybe i'll be able to use a csl dd before christmas :)
Over two weeks for me nothing, sold 2 wheels today and one wheelbase. Decided to move over to Asetek.
Is Asetek better ? Is after sale-service better ?
From what I have experienced 1000%, had a problem with a wheel disconnecting. communication was instant and problem solved within 2 days. Delivery was within 48 hrs.
