crazy bmw gt2

i have a fanatec bmw gt2 to my csw 2.5, and i have a problem that is driving me crazy.... 

the encoder gives off multiple signals with each click.... for example if i have the brake balance at 50 and i wanted to increase it by 1 it is impossible, 

clicking it would bring it to me to 54 or 55, it's not a hardware problem because if I instead set the values from the steering wheel itself, the encoder works perfectly

    Downgrade the CSW 2.5 firmware, as it worked perfectly on my previous CSW 2.5 WB. I believe version 447 might solve the issue.

    The same problem occurs on all bases with the newer firmware versions. I currently have a DD2, and the funky encoder is also malfunctioning—it often sends double or even triple signals when turned.

    I’d really appreciate it if this issue could be resolved, as I’m hesitant to buy the V2 BMW GT2 wheel because of it. Otherwise, everything works perfectly fine.
