GT DD Pro stopped working

in Wheel Bases (and Racing Wheels)

My GT DD Pro stopped working. The button just flashes blue. The wheel base doesn’t see my wheel or the PS5.

I put in a request 2 weeks ago, no response. How long does it take for them to respond?

    Have you checked/reseated/tightened the shaft?

    Last time i heard, it was about a 4 week response time.... give or take

    sounds more like, either its in the frimware update process or its steering wheel is not yet center calibrated

    I haven’t yet, but I will. Just bought a torque wrench to see if that’s the issue.

    to you have the PC for check this out what is happening? if it flash only blue it should be by default the firmware update process
