Customer support for bad shifter?!

Recently bought the shifter. H-pattern mode doesn't work. Sequential works fine. Set up a return this past Sunday and haven't heard anything from Fanatec yet. Their US number also doesn't appear to be in service. Is their another number besides the 866-292-6226 that I can call to talk to someone?
