DD PRO DISCONNECTING ISSUES

hi everyone! the steering disconnects after 5-10min playing GT7 while peddal and base works. Ive tried latest and 455 driver, checked physical connection, does not work. tried open a ticket one month ago no response.

Anyone experiencing same issues?😣

    Is it completely disconnecting or can you still steer but gears and buttons stop working..

    I had this issue and tried different firmware, different cables, tried all the USB ports , powered USB hub, dual sided Collar on the shaft.

    I ended up getting QR2 lite bundle to replace the QR1 Lite and it immediately fixed the disconnects. (Shouldn't have to dish out another $200.00 dollars to fix a faulty product though)..

    I have had QR2 for about 6 weeks and it has only disconnected once (about a week ago) and hasn't happened since..

    QR2 doesn't fix it for everyone though. Dare I suggest you contact support?? Just be prepared for the long haul.
