Formula V2 Clubsport Wheel Switching from Xbox mode to PC Mode

I have a Formula V2 Clubsport wheel. I have the wheel stuck in Xbox mode and don't know how to switch to PC mode. Apparantly I need to press 2 buttons to switch between modes, however I have tried doing this through the main menu with no luck. Can someone please suggest which buttons I need to press?
