Fanatec V2.5 Base Disconnecting when the wheel is turned slightly

I ordered the V2.5 on release date and its now giving me problems, 

i went to use the wheel for my drift stream and it disconnected randomly when i turned the wheel and has so for around 2 months and i cant find a fix
