DD1 quick release stuck and won't turn

Hi, My DD1 quick release tention won't turn either way, i think maybe i tightened it too much i dont know, so is there a way to loosen it again, because by hand it's very difficult and won't turn. Thank you

    The same thing happened with my DD2 and it is at Fanatec now for replacement of the quick release

    I'd recommend to contact Fanatec Support.
