Model: CSW2.5
I have some problems with my screw, which can't be tightened. I need the original screw to replace it. How can I get it?

    CSW2.5 was purchased on April 10, 2018. Still under warranty  
     I can't buy this kind of screw on the market. Can the official supply the original screw?

    You should contact Fanatec Support with such questions, especially if the base is still under warranty.
