V2.5 stopped working

Hi community, I was racing in the RaceRoom Special Event 2.4H in Division 1 when my wheel (1 month old) stopped working. The display screen shows an « 8 », the start button leds are always turning and there is a red crossed circle on the base picture in Fanatec settings. I tried to reinstall drivers, remove the wheel and also the whole setup on another computer. Nothing works. Could you help me ? Thanks, Nicolas, Racing Team 93

    If the driver does not show the rim connected (red cross), something is probably wrong with the connection between rim and base. Make sure that the rim is pushed all the way onto the QR hub. Check the rim connector for broken pins. And as Joseph stated, contact Fanatec Support.
