can you run more than one Fanatec wheel bases on one computer and if so will games allow both wheels to race?

    I guess you mean to have two players use two wheels at the same time to play a game (e.g. split-screen)?
    I don't think that that's going to work as it's not only wheel input but also FFB output that needs to be correctly directed to both FFB bases. Would be an interesting experiment, though :)
