De-threaded centre screw on quick release pins (clubsport v2.5 wheelbasse)
Noticed whilst in an f3 race on iracing that my buttons on my steering wheel were becoming unresponsive and my brake balance was randomly changing. I abandoned the race and had a look at the wheel. I could see that the centre screw seemed to be de-threaded. Now it does not work at all and the wheel is not detected. I was wondering if this could still be a wheelbase problem as the pins in theory should still come together? I did see a tutorial on how to replace this part, however I have no clue where to find it. I have sent a message to the fanatec support team, no response as expected, so I am unsure what to do. Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.

The plastic threads are stripped? Maybe use Loc-tite to try to keep it in place.
If not, SimRacingMachines has a replacement cable
You will have to open up the wheel to replace it
thanks, although it looks a bit different from the OEM?
The screw, no matter how much i press and tighten (screwing to the right?) it does not grab any thread and just spins
Wrap some plumbing PTFE tape on the threads of the screw. If that wont snug the thread then go with a courser threaded screw. need to cut more thread into the plastic but not too big. but make sure its plastic the threads go into, it could be alloy
