is it possible to return Fanatec equipment

I know im not very smart, I basically never use computers at all before buying everything from Best Buy and all of the fanatec stuff , I have had the items for weeks now and am unable to get anything to work, no customer support is reachable - is there a way to return the items ? I have spent thousands of dollars for all of this stuff that just sits in the corner untouched - unfortunately I do not have the time to learn all of this stuff well enough to make it playable

    A firmware flash and update is needed by the sound of it !! are you using on Console ? plug in laptop via USB Go to Fanatec Website and install drivers, easy...or watch a YouTube video 👍️
