Fanatec GT DD Pro only works with one PS5 User

Question? We tested the Fanatec GT DD Pro with my sons user account and it works perfectly. When I switch PS 5 Accounts, the steering wheel loses all its vibration/feedback. It works, but with no feedback whatsoever.

Any ideas? is this a license issue maybe only works with one PS5 User account?

    It works with any Playstation account but needs to be assigned to each account again after switching the account by just pressing the PS button.

    Hi Gerardo, try verifying = main PS5 settings, in Accessories, Controller, Vibration Intensity = set to "Standard" or same as your main account. Having this setting different may give you different force feedback. Can't say for all games, but Gran Turismo7, it will.
