CSL DD not self-centering at speed
I hope this is in the right place.
I just got the CSL DD 5nM wheel base and am using the WRC wheel. My issue is that in any game and with any car, if I turn the wheel maybe 25* in either direction while at speed (maybe 25+mph), it whips around further in that direction until it hits full lock. It feels like I'm constantly fighting against it trying to spin the wheel hard in the direction I've only slightly turned. I'm using the suggested settings for Assetto Corsa on PC.
Any ideas?

Sounds like the in-game FFB is inverted.
Make sure that the checkbox for inverted FFB is unchecked.
Thanks for the reply. It's unchecked.
Try reversing it.
Will do when I get home. Thanks for the suggestion. Why would AC need it for my wheel base but not in general?
are you used logitech steering wheel before you get yourself the csl dd? i not 100% sure but i heard that they have opposite ffb , if so then your old settings may not match
Nope, I'm brand new to everything.
Should not. But it doesn't cost anything to try.
The fact is, we can't know what "fighting against it" (steering wheel) means to you. Try reversing the FFB and if it's worse than now, you'll know that's not the problem.
some games actually are opposite when start use first time, honestly tell i'm still not sure what standard they used for this
That was it! Important to note, there are 2 settings my noob brain didn't realize. There's inverted for steering and inverted for force feedback. In AC, FFB was inverted and that was causing the problem!
Hello dear Fanatec enthusiasts.
I have a big problem.
I got my new setup and have problems with the firmware. When updating, a window with an error message appeared. I followed the instructions. Now I can't race because after a few turns the steering wheel adjusts again. Sometimes up to 127 degrees, or rotates until stop. Can I somehow repair the firmware again? I am grateful for any help.
I use a translater and I don’t know to find the right thread . I’m sorry
