Your wait is not over. I received an email Tuesday that my order was ready to ship and I should receive an email from FedEx with tracking information. It’s Friday and no email yet.
Honestly, I think the people who are calling the OP childish are the naive and childish ones. There comes a point when you're interacting with the other party when the other party treats you with zero respect or common decency. At that point it won't achieve anything to try to engage them in a civil manner. Cursing them out won't achieve anything either. But at least, it has a chance of getting their attention.
Fanatec's horrid customer service and business infrastructure isn't a new issue. People have complained about them for years even before the pandemic started. At this point, I don't think these guys deserve to be in business. They have permanently lost mine at the very least.
