I ordered the 911GT3 wheel on 12/1 with a ClubSport Shifter SQ and ClubSport Pedals V3 in the BF deals.
None of this items will be received before mid January, so a 10% discount doesn't make me happy.

what country did you order from? 12/1??? Seems pretty damn early in the release process to have your order delayed. I ordered on 12/10 and haven’t received anything.
Same situation here (ordered on 04/12).
What I don't understand is that yesterday the order was "shipped", so everything available and ready for UPS.
Evidently this wasn't the case (this delay can't be on UPS, or we'd get tracking numbers and all the related stuff).
This said, for me it's not a big issue (and I also appreciate the 10% discount), but really, planning a product launch so close to Xmas is like going looking for trouble...
I’m sitting here with a 12/10 order and have not gotten either a shipped email or a 10% email. This is a joke.
Would have loved to use the 10% coupon on the podium i just bought. Not much else to buy from their site now. Wish i would have just bought a simucube and be done with it.

Anyway I undestand delays. In fact, It happened me with the McLaren wheel, with the DD1 and now with the 911.
But why I'm disappointed is by the inconsistence. On the announced day for the launch date, was delayed to 20th Dec (should be before if they know), then changed to "completely shipped" yesterday (obviously not true), and now delayed again but this time to January.
Every other boutique sim racing gear company i have dealt with has actually REPLIED to my inquires, and been incredibly helpful. Can’t even say that about fanatec. Hate to rag on them, because i enjoy their products. But the way the staff acted on Monday when people started asking questions, and now a “4 day delay” and now a “warehouse stocking issue” enough is enough.

How come they can fail like this, if they sent package of others how come they can't ship ours. I don't believe it's because they have no stock otherwise it would be end of January and not 3rd.
I m upset, because we ll receive it early January if only it's true, and we can't cancel our order now, and we are getting 1month + of Warranty in the a**.
@Fanatec @Moderators we want to have proper explanation and situation on the warranty. You took our money on a pre-order we want the warranty to be on the date you really ship the products.

Just cancel your order of the Podium and wait until Friday 1st to order it again. I m so upset against Fanatec. So do what ever you can to get money back and profit from this 10%

I agree with you, I have been dealing with so many different companies, SIM Racing or not, they always replied to my emails/contacts even if 1-2 days delay. Fanatec is answering none of it... Worst Support Ever

Ok I understand in 2018 it might be some prototype etc. But wtf if you had 1 year to make it ready, and now you annouce it and you delay it... You are losing so much trust, customers, pride and so on.

This. I can live without the PBME. But holding my DD1 for another two weeks as well is taking the piss. I bought v3’s on Black Friday, and a podium hub/paddles/R300 two weeks ago, and sold my old base and other wheels to pay towards my DD1 and now I’m left with no way to race until next year. 10% discount is useless to me because there’s nothing I want or need to buy. 🤬
So much for Thomas’s promise to deliver before xmas. I’M NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW.

To be honest I don't remember any promises of "delivery by Xmas". It just was "available from 16th".

Point is, if you bought this as a present for Xmas (legitimate) it always was a risky bet, 16th availability or not.

Theres no doubt its a first world problem. Its just that its a very anticipated item, and the staff has an incredibly direct way of communicating (this forum), and there has been relative silence. A couple references to it being delayed, then a late email.... now its just an enigma. Pre order date online is feb now.... it was out of stock last night. It was available yesterday. My order status still says 16th, I haven’t received any communication. Just tell people.
I have had way too much free time working at home this week, and have been tracking this very closely, the whole thing is just aggravating, thats all. $650 is a lot of money, and for a company who sells “premium products”, premium customer service and communication should accompany that.
On this I fully agree. Clear and direct communication is always the best thing to do, and in this case it wasn't this way.
