I have placed (and payed) 2 orders on october 3 and 4 : 1757730 and 1758146. Since then, the status is "completely shipped" but still no tracking number and products have not been received. I have wrote the customer service twice, once for asking news and the second – as I had no answer – to cancel and ask for refund. Still waiting.
Similar issue order #1770259 has been stuck in shipped state since the 19th of october with no movement. Also, I never received UPS tracking numbers to settle customs or track the package(s).
We have an update on your order. The issues with proper export documentation have been resolved for your shipment, so that delivery can finally see progress starting on Monday.
You will receive an email from UPS with tracking information, if you haven’t already (please check your spam folder!). If you check the Orders section in your Fanatec account, you should also find the tracking number at the bottom of your order if you select the complete overview.

I would also like to know why my order 1780129 for 2 x Rally hubs has not been processed (when I ordered they were in stock).
I haven't received any tracking information from UPS, nor does anything appear when I search on UPS by reference number, and the tracking number is not visible on my order 1764113 details page on PC. Don't send me emails containing lies about the same.

A chunk of us got the same email last week - whether it made sense or not. Some guy got it after enquiring about stock availability lol.
I (of course) got it too last week and like you, also can't see any evidence they've even shipped it yet. Well Monday was 4 days ago and guess what - nothing.
This email is slightly different. The one last week suggested it was stuck in customs - which wasn't relevant because my shipment was still with Fanatec. This email however says the improper documentation issue has been resolved, which is relevant to my order as that's why it was returned.
There's a smaaaaaall chance they've gone round a bunch of returned shipments and included the documentation to them, allowing them to be re-sent with UPS. Let's see what happens Monday I guess.
Strange because a few people I have seen reply to the email on Reddit on the sub 3 of them have said they also ordered in the last 2 weeks and they have been having trouble doing the documentations,whether it is automated is pretty easy to tell that it is but at least not every order made has had it so maybe it's a good sign

!!! Tracking number doesn’t show on mobile. Must be viewed on PC web browser. I found my order in ups warehouse waiting for import fee payment. Go to fanatec site > orders > view ( it’s at the bottom next to the order total )
Placed on Sep 27 for QR2, still hasn't been shipped out. I received 2 emails informing the QR2 Lite will be delayed until Oct 9. Have been patiently waiting but still no update. Submitted customer enquiry via Contact us page on 26-Oct which has not been responded to yet. Could you please check on this? Thanks
It's a real moral dilemma at the moment because I am an affiliate for Fanatec and so have referred many people that are suffering.
I spend a lot of money every year on Fanatec product and I cannot just stop. I have always chosen not to promote my products here on Fanatec's forum as it's not something they like me making and I have always respected that.

I have seen 3 people including myself just get this email, if it's true then hooray but if not I guess we'll be waiting another month at least 😂

oops sorry should have said. Those are all my orders and the progress that i'm tacking on a spreadsheet.

They've never sent my order so there's never been any customs issues with it. It's a fradulent email designed to prevent charge backs.

When did you order though? And when did you get the ready for ups or on the way thing cus mines scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday to the uk

checked my ups tracking number and my order was delivered back to fanatec hamburg on the 3/11/23 due to missing information .
2/11/23 (ups initiated contact with the sender to obtain clearance information ) returning to sender
how can you still be sending orders without the right paperwork.
How long will I now have to wait to receive my order, weeks ???
